The Crowd Series is one of my most iconic collections, inspired by my big, beautiful Louisiana family and the joyful spirit of Southern gatherings. I grew up surrounded by cousins, friends, and neighbors—many from families as large and lively as my own—where faith and family were at the heart of everything.

Over the past 12 years, this series has evolved with new patterns, papers, and symbols that reflect the changing seasons of life. Each Crowd painting is a kind of meditation, a reflection on the deep truth that we’re all connected.
